Whatever your income, there is an apartment for you! Although there is no asset or income limit related to residency in the building, we offer rental rates based on income to those who may need financial assistance, and reasonable rates if your income is above the current Department of Housing and Urban Development income limits.

In addition to providing apartments, Webster Towers also offers an opportunity for socialization through various activities.
